About This Boat

This beautiful one-owner 2022 MasterCraft XT22 is truly a must-see. If you're looking for a boat that feels remarkably close to new without paying new-boat pricing, this XT22 deserves a serious look.

I ordered this boat new and have been its only owner. It has always been stored with care: in a garage when out of the water, or on a covered lift at the lake under a full mooring cover. The original factory cover is included as well.

Anyone in the MasterCraft community knows the term "MCOCD" — MasterCraft Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. If you've never heard it, it describes owners who are meticulous about maintenance, cleanliness, and care. Guilty as charged.

This boat has been my pride and joy. It has never been a rental, never been abused, and has always been maintained with the philosophy that I'd be the one owning it forever.
